What Clinical Advocate Does
Clinical Advocate is a private-pay patient advocacy practice — led by a Fellowship Trained Cardiologist and Internist with more than 30 years of clinical experience and hospital privileges spanning the ICU, cardiac intensive care, and invasive cardiology. We provide the kind of informed, physician-level presence at the bedside that most families simply cannot access on their own — including for patients navigating stroke, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and other complex acute conditions.
Bedside Presence & ICU Advocacy
We are physically present at the bedside at Naples Community Hospital and Physicians Regional — and their associated intensive care units — throughout Collier County. Our background in cardiac intensive care, stroke care, and critical medicine means we understand the clinical environment and can identify concerns before they escalate — and we know how to communicate those concerns to the care team in the language they respond to.

- Replace or substitute for the treating physician, hospitalist, or specialist team
- Perform clinical procedures or physical examinations
